The elegant and spacious Villa Aumadrava Gran is a superb farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and a large private swimming pool, perfectly combining attractively furnished interiors (recently renovated) with extensive gardens and sun terraces. Set over one floor and particularly airy, Aumadrava Gran is the perfect choice for guests that love outdoor living together with the comfort of a truly special holiday home.

The entrance and corridor lead to a spacious lounge and dining room, with doors opening onto a covered terrace and the gardens. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, which also provides direct access to the outdoor dining terrace. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate storage room.

Further along the main corridor are two twin bedrooms and a main double bedroom, all sharing two family bathrooms. Additionally, a separate poolside annexe with its own entrance offers a double bedroom and a shower room. The interiors have been carefully renovated and finished to an exceptionally high standard.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped, lawned gardens, offering stunning panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Sunbeds, parasols, a brick-built barbecue, and dining tables are provided for alfresco dining. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis.
