The villa spans two floors, thoughtfully designed to maximise space for spending time together. On the ground floor, guests will find a large lounge with patio doors opening to the pool terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine), a double bedroom, and a family shower room. The upper floor houses three additional large bedrooms: a double with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms open onto private terraces, offering picturesque views of the pool and surrounding pine trees.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning featuring a presence sensor system for added comfort.
