Beach Villa Mir Ruhe is a truly unique gem in the heart of Puerto Pollensa: detached, charming, with a newly added private pool, surrounded by extensive private grounds, yet located just a couple of steps away from the sandy beach. 

Beach Villa Mir Ruhe combines modern comforts with traditional Mallorcan charm, offering a perfect retreat for up to 5 guests. Fully air-conditioned and beautifully renovated in 2019, the villa is ideally located just steps from the sea, with shops, bars, and restaurants within easy reach – no car required.

Set across one floor, the villa features a comfortable lounge with a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundry room, and three welcoming bedrooms: a superb double with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub with shower), a twin room, and a single room, plus a family shower room. Air conditioning is included at set times (8pm–8am and 2pm–4pm).

The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with terraces and lawns ideal for sunbathing, playing, or enjoying al fresco dining. The private pool, measuring 5.5m x 3.5m (depth 1m to 1.8m) with Roman steps, is perfect for refreshing dips. Sun loungers, a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue are all provided to enhance your stay.

A storage outbuilding is located at the rear of the property but does not affect guest privacy.
