Provided with a generously sized private pool, extensive gardens and panoramic views, this villa offers a truly privileged location and all the amenities able to turn a holiday into a memorable experience. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and welcoming interiors, Villa Can Martin can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

The entrance door opens into a cosy living and dining room, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The fully fitted kitchen (complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine in a dedicated utility area) adjoins the dining space and offers direct access to the terrace, furnished for alfresco dining, and a built-in barbecue area. A few steps from the living room lead to a spacious, air-conditioned twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Also on this level, the air-conditioned master double bedroom suite features a dresser and an en suite bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway.

A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, where a second comfortable living area awaits. Here, you’ll also find the third air-conditioned twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace boasting panoramic views over the pool area. A family shower room is also located on this level. The villa, carefully renovated to preserve original features, blends traditional charm with modern comforts for a truly memorable stay.
