Can Mercer offers high-quality interiors, stunning views, and exceptional privacy, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families. Accommodating up to 4 guests in two air-conditioned bedrooms, this charming villa provides both comfort and convenience.

Inside: The villa spans two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, music system, and Wi-Fi connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A double bedroom and bathroom complete this level. Upstairs, you’ll find a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom. Both bedrooms feature air conditioning (available 2–4pm and 8pm–8am).

Outside: Can Mercer boasts immaculate gardens with vibrant flowers, lush lawns, and mature trees. The private pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.3m–2.2m) is a highlight, surrounded by ample terraces and sunbeds for leisurely afternoons.
