El Jardin Villa

Villa El Jardin is a truly traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, accessed via an attractive archway and surrounded by extensive gardens with flowers, shrubs and orange trees. Located just 5 minutes drive away from the unspoilt beach of Cala San Vicente and sheltered by the high Tramuntana mountains, this villa is a perfect retreat to enjoy all the peace and atmosphere that Mallorca can offer.  

This charming villa is set over two floors, offering plenty of space and character. Upon entering through the main doors, you are welcomed into a large hallway that also serves as the dining area, with stairs leading up to the first floor. To the left, you’ll find a purpose-built kitchen, rich in traditional features, as well as a walk-in pantry and an adjacent utility room.

An archway off the hallway/dining room leads into a cosy sitting room, where comfortable sofas and authentic Mallorcan features create a relaxed, homely atmosphere. The ground floor also includes a convenient WC for guests.

Upstairs, there is an additional sitting area with comfy sofas, alongside three beautifully furnished bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—each full of character. The two family bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, are also on this level.

Both the entrance and kitchen doors lead out to a partially covered dining terrace, which overlooks the pool area and features a stone-built barbecue. The terrace is furnished with outdoor armchairs, and a shaded pergola offers a cool spot for guests to relax during the hottest parts of the day. The L-shaped pool is surrounded by grass on three sides, with a stone patio and dining table on the other side, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Another table is conveniently located just outside the kitchen, ideal for breakfast.
