The large lounge/dining room is central to the home, well-furnished, and equipped with both English Sky Freeview television and German satellite TV, ensuring entertainment for all. A stone archway leads to a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Each room is air-conditioned and decorated in contemporary colours for a light, airy feel.

The fully fitted farmhouse kitchen, with a breakfast vestibule, opens onto a small covered patio with a table and chairs, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. Adjacent to this is a shower room and separate toilet for convenience.

For outdoor living, the purpose-built covered BBQ area is ideal for entertaining, featuring a long bench-style wooden table and chairs, surrounded by Mallorcan artefacts on the walls. The pool area is surrounded by teak decking and grass, with Roman steps for easy access.

The private swimming pool measures 8.5m x 4.5m, with depths ranging from 1m to 2m, offering plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, and the tourist tax is included in the price.
