Villa Guillona is a beautifully renovated property set over two floors, designed to offer guests a superior holiday experience. The ground floor features a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. There are also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a corridor opens to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a Jacuzzi bath, as well as a twin bedroom and a family shower room.

On the upper floor, you'll find a charming covered terrace with sofas and a ping-pong table, offering unobstructed views of the Mallorcan countryside—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a friendly game.

The villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, including a lovely fountain that adds to the tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for peaceful walks. The large private pool, measuring 8m x 4m (depth: 0.8m - 2m), is accessed via Roman steps, and comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for guests’ enjoyment.
