Four steps from the poolside patio lead up to a wonderful covered terrace that surrounds the entire house. Large wooden doors open into a spacious lounge/dining room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large dining table with chairs. The furnishings and decor, combined with the high beamed ceiling, create a sense of light and space throughout the room. Off the dining area is an extensive, fully fitted kitchen, featuring the latest designs, including a halogen hob and oven. Large glass patio doors open onto the terrace.
A typical stone archway leads to the master double bedroom, which comes complete with an en-suite shower room. There is also a welcoming twin bedroom, along with a further full bathroom.
The large private pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by gardens with lawns and sun terraces – the perfect spot for sunbathing or reading a book. Inside, the villa boasts many handcrafted, high-quality items of furniture, while the outdoor terraces are equipped with a barbecue, dining table, and chairs, making outdoor entertaining or simple relaxation a true pleasure.
For larger parties, Villa Martinet is conveniently located near our Villa Pontarro (sleeping 4 guests). These two properties can be rented together by larger groups who wish to stay nearby while still maintaining privacy when needed.
