The attractive Villa Ponent, with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and beautifully furnished interiors, is ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and just 2 km away from the beach of S'Albufereta, combines the privacy of a rural settings with easy access to stunning sandy beaches. Set within extensive manicured gardens with lawn and flowers, housing a large private pool as well as a jacuzzi, this villa is a true heaven in the most unspoilt countryside of Mallorca.

Set over two floors, this villa offers a total of five air-conditioned bedrooms for ultimate comfort.

A gentle driveway leads up to a spacious parking area, and the front door opens into a large entrance hall. From here, doors lead into a cosy reading room, which then opens into the main lounge, equipped with satellite TV, comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi internet, DVD player, and more. The modern kitchen/dining room, accessible from the entrance hall, is well-equipped with a smooth top oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and an American-style fridge. Patio doors from the kitchen lead directly to the lovely gardens and pool area.

On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom, as well as a double bedroom with an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead to the first-floor landing, where you'll find a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub. French doors open out to a large, open terrace with wonderful countryside views. There is also a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room on this level. The villa has been thoughtfully renovated and is beautifully furnished with soft pastel colours, creating a light, airy atmosphere throughout.

The villa is set within mature gardens, with lawned areas surrounding the pool. Next to the pool, there is a beautiful covered pergola with comfortable furniture, providing a perfect spot to relax after a swim. For added relaxation, there is an adjacent poolside jacuzzi (not heated). The covered terrace also features a table tennis table, and a barbecue area nearby makes it perfect for al fresco dining.

For your comfort, air conditioning is available throughout the villa, with a presence sensor system for added convenience.
