Situated to the south-east of Mallorca, this winery produces its wines on the old country estate of Son Burguera close to the town of Felanitx. They are known for their cultivation of the indigenous varieties Manto Negro, Fogoneu, Prensal Blanc and, most importantly, Callet.

The wines of this relatively young winery (established in 1994) have made a big impression on wine connoisseurs and its blends have already reached cult status.
