Bavaria 46 (2005) 14m Sailing Yacht

9 Person (Sleeps 9) Sailing Yacht in Mallorca

A Bavaria 46 sailing yacht with four cabins and two bathrooms. She is a great, spacious yacht with a small but powerful rig perfect for groups of up to nine guests wanting to make the most of the wind.

This 2005 Bavaria Cruiser 46 is a cruising boat with a full hull shape. She has twin rudders giving good steering when heeling and turning. She has a distinctive transom with a wide swim platform that can be folded away.

She is a fast boat for a cruiser, sailing well at 40 degrees to the wind. On a beam reach in 10 knots of true wind the 46 can sail at around 7.5 knots.

The beamy cockpit has plenty of space and storage and is truly your outdoor living room. With the stern platform down you can easily seat 8 around the cockpit table and there's seating for more on the coach house roof and transom.

Below deck, she has a large U-shaped settee plus double seat arranged around a dining table that can seat 9 and a navigation station. Opposite there's a well-equipped L shaped galley. The cabins are generous particularly in the bow thanks to the fuller hull shape. The interior is light and airy and a pleasant area to relax in when you need a break from the sun.

She comes with a towable dinghy and full safety kit including life raft, life jackets, flares, fire extinguishers, bosun's chair, First Aid Kit, Foghorn, EPIRB and VHF. She has Autopilot, GPS Plotter and wind equipment, log and sounder.
