261 Women's Marathon
Women only marathon in Palma de Mallorca
261 is the number on Kathrine Switzer's bib when she became the first woman to run a marathon in Boston in 1967, even though female runners were not allowed to participate in the race. This competition celebrates her incredible achievement.
The race allows men to participate, but there will only be prizes for women. It starts and finishes in Parc de la Mar, just behind the cathedral of Palma.
There are also half marathon and 10 km races on the same day.
