Second international seaplane show
Puerto Pollensa hosts the show for the 2nd year running
Port de Pollenca are set to hold their second international air show starting on the 9th May, running through to the 12th.
This is the second time Puerto Pollensa have hosted such an event and organisers are hoping that this years show will be a much greater spectacle with more aircrafts taking part and more events throughout and running up to the three day event.
The air show will of course include the iconic yellow Canadair firefighting plane which can be seen on a daily flight around Puerto Pollensa during the summer months collecting seawater to tackle wild forrest fires, or on practice flights.
The aircrafts taking part in the show will be open to the public to visit on the 11th May. Other aircrafts at the show will include those from mainland Spain, France, Italy and Great Britain.
If you're lucky enough to have your own sea plane and want to take part, send an email using the box below to find out more, otherwise get along to the Military sea-plane base (LEPO) - see the map for where to find it.
