New Year's Eve at Valparaiso Palace Hotel

Start the evening with a cocktail, then a delicious gala dinner with orchestra, the traditional Spanish grapes, and a party with DJ and open bar. The theme is Angels & Demons.

The menu is inspired by the seven deadly sins, so you can expect seven delicious creations in the form of dishes such as "Lust" (foie covered in gold, filled with berries over almonds with apple compote, grapefruit caviar and truffle) or "Avarice" (venison with raisin and nuts ragu, coconut & carrot quenelle, peach demi-glace & wasabi). There are also two decadent desserts!

Including 3 different wines, it costs €250 and there is a 50% discount for children 2 to 10 years old.
