The best chefs on the island prepare creative tapas
Some of the most recognised chefs in the Balearics gather to offer their best dishes in a miniaturised version, including Santi Taura, José Miguel Bonet, Joan Canals, Marga Coll, Silvia Anglada or Miquel Gelabert.
Celebrated on the eve of the Day of the Balearics, March 1st, which is a bank holiday in Mallorca.
The event starts at 20:00. Tickets are limited, they cost 40€ and can be purchased online.
