1. La Tierra Buena Villa

Location
Cala d'Or

This is a lovely house in a location that, quite simply, offers the best of both worlds - a private swimming pool surrounded by picturesque gardens, yet within walking distance of one of Mallorca's prettiest sandy cove beaches.

Lovingly cared for by its charming local owners, La Tierra Buena is the perfect retreat for smaller parties looking for a comfortable holiday base with the added convenience of a fine local beach just a short distance away. Situated off the country lane leading to Cala Sa Nau, the villa offers a spacious living and dining area, alongside a well-fitted kitchen.

Set amidst an almond grove, the villa’s swimming pool faces a sunny south-easterly direction, ensuring ample sunshine throughout the day. The pool area is surrounded by a delightful garden filled with mature trees, shrubs, and colourful flowers that bloom in the summer months. A covered terrace nearby provides shade during the warmer hours, making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the outdoors.

La Tierra Buena is conveniently located just 1.7km from the nearest amenities in Cala Ferrera, where you'll find the highly recommended restaurant Ficus, known for its pizzas and paellas. The village of S'Horta is only 3km away.

Several picturesque coves are within easy reach of the villa, including Cala Sa Nau, a quiet and beautiful spot. For those in search of more hidden gems, Cala Brafi and Cala Mitjana are also nearby and well worth discovering. The beach bar at Cala Mondrago (about a 20-minute drive) is famous for its freshly caught fish and delicious lunchtime paellas, and there are many great-value restaurants in the surrounding countryside.

2. Riviera Villa, Cala Llonga,Cala d'Or

Location
Cala d'Or

Having undergone a complete renovation for 2025, Riviera offers modern, spacious accommodation on the water’s edge of Cala Longa, one of a series of craggy inlets, affording uninterrupted sea views along the rugged coastline and across the water to the shores of picturesque Calo Ses Dones.

A selection of restaurants, bars, and local craft shops are just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and the sandy cove of Calo d’es Pou is only five minutes on foot. A leisurely evening stroll along the moorings of small motorboats and sailboats leads to the chic marina, where super yachts are docked. Here, you'll find a good selection of fine dining restaurants, offering plenty of choice for a delightful evening out.

The villa spans three floors, with an open-plan dining and living area adjacent to a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and doors that open onto the terrace on the ground level. The first and second floors feature four modern bedrooms and three walk-in showers, while a balcony on each floor provides even more stunning views.

Nearby, the heart of Cala d’Or offers an enchanting atmosphere, with candlelit bistros lining the streets, tucked between chic cocktail bars and stylish boutiques. The area exudes a relaxed, holiday vibe. Local amenities include water sports, golf, tennis, and numerous small sandy coves strung along the southeastern coastline.
