Specialities include Sóller prawns with baby lettuce and a garlic and parsley emulsion, Sirloin steak with truffled Parmentier and stir-fried mushrooms. Slow-cooked cod with cuttlefish and garlic sprout stew and chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream.
