Delicious cuisine to celebrate Mallorcan culture and custom
Part of The Pink Pepper Tree boutique hotel, this amazing restaurant offers a variety of fresh regional delicacies for hotel guests and visitors alike.
The centre of the island has a wealth of restaurants and wine bodegas steeped in Mallorcan traditions. Glynn gathers the best wines from Mallorca and mainland Spain, specialising in organic and natural wines. He will gladly offer guidance to select the wine best suited to your palate.
The kitchen is the heart of the hotel and has the feel of a home kitchen. Three times a week Jacqueline surprises the guests with a delicious 3-course menu, using fresh, organic ingredients from local markets and the garden. The cuisine is colourful, exciting, vibrant, and inspired by the season, and Mediterranean and middle-eastern flavours.
Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Dinner is served around 20:30.
Reservation 24 hours in advance are encouraged and as you will be offered a fixed menu, it is better to notify the restaurant staff if you have allergies or dietary wishes.
