The spacious lounge features large patio doors that open directly onto the poolside patio, with exposed beams adding character to the room. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a dining table, satellite TV (offering free channels), and Wi-Fi internet. There is also a separate, modern kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The villa offers three generously sized bedrooms, each with a double bed and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The third bedroom can make use of a family bathroom with a shower.
Air-conditioning is available free of charge between 2pm and 4pm, and from 8pm to 8am. All interiors have been carefully furnished with attention to detail, ensuring a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.
Outside, the villa is set within 1200sqm of private grounds, surrounded by pine trees, flowers, and shrubs, creating a peaceful and inviting environment.
