Provided with a large private swimming pool and superb views over the surrounding countryside up to the Tramuntana mountains, this villa enjoys an excellent location close to Pollensa's golf course, the old town of Pollensa (which is just 3km away) and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

A charming driveway leads to the villa, where a front covered terrace offers contemporary seating and dining facilities, creating a delightful contrast to the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls.

Set over one floor, the villa welcomes you through the front door into a spacious lounge with dining and kitchen areas, enhanced by exposed wooden beams, arched doorways, and picture windows that fill the space with natural light and serene views. Soft pastel tones complement the tastefully decorated lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, with doors opening to a generous terrace complete with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue—perfect for alfresco meals.

The villa offers three inviting bedrooms: one double with an ensuite shower room, and two twins sharing a family shower room. All are air-conditioned for your comfort.

Outside, beautifully maintained gardens with lawns, trees, and shrubs surround the large private swimming pool, which includes a wooden decking area ideal for sunbathing. Additional amenities include a table tennis table and a majestic olive tree offering natural shade.

Air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
