Step inside from the terrace into a spacious, traditional kitchen, featuring marble countertops, a separate pantry, and fully modern appliances. From here, enter the charming Mallorcan-style lounge and dining area.

The hallway leads to two inviting bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom, both boasting lovely garden views. A separate bathroom serves the twin room. Portable air-conditioning units ensure comfort.

Upstairs, an expansive sun terrace offers 360° panoramic views of the mountains, countryside, and bay. Enjoy outdoor dining under the shaded area or relax on sun loungers. It’s an idyllic spot for sunrise coffees and sunset cocktails in total privacy. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and extra fridge.
