This charming villa is set entirely on one floor. The entrance opens into a useful hallway, leading to an open-plan lounge/dining room. The room is light and airy, furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, and divided by a characteristic stone archway. Both areas benefit from large French doors that open onto a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool area. The terrace is paved on all sides and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.

Off the lounge/dining room is a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a pantry. The villa features one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both of which share a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the expansive covered terrace leads to an open terrace, complete with a beautiful barbecue area and an exterior shower room.
