Villa La Casita is a welcoming and cheerful villa with 3 bedrooms and private swimming pool, beautifully located very close to the sought after beach resort of Puerto Pollensa which is less than 3km away. The interiors are beautifully furnished in traditional style and the outdoor areas feature inviting terraces and a pleasant garden perfect for relaxing under the shining sun or enjoying al-fresco dining. The villa can sleep up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Approaching the villa via a charming pathway, guests are welcomed by a delightful L-shaped covered terrace, complete with sitting areas and surrounded by flowering shrubs and plants. The entrance leads directly into the dining/lounge area, traditionally furnished with original features, exuding a true Mallorcan charm.

Off the lounge, accessed through beautiful archways, are three bedrooms: one air-conditioned double with an antique Mallorcan bed, one air-conditioned twin, and one single. The two bathrooms, each with a shower, serve the bedrooms. Another archway leads to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which provides direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.

Outside, the villa is set in a delightfully pretty, manicured garden, offering stunning views over the mountains and pine woods. The garden features a lawn as well as ample sunbathing terraces for guests to enjoy.

A covered barbecue house with a table and chairs for al fresco dining is located at the rear of the villa, making it the perfect setting for dining under the stars.
