Llenyater Villa

Enjoying unobstructed views across the Puig de Maria and located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa, Llenyater is a superb villa perfect for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large swimming pool, airy interiors with exposed stone walls together with stylish furnishings and fittings, it is simply a villa not to be missed.

Villa Llenyater is set all on one floor, offering a comfortable and spacious layout. Upon entering, you are greeted by the expansive lounge featuring white leather sofas, high ceilings, and French doors that open onto a covered terrace and the pool area. The open-plan, ultra-modern kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar island and dining area, has been thoughtfully designed for this villa and boasts patio doors that lead to the outdoors.

The master double bedroom is located off the lounge, with a step-down leading to a split-level, en-suite full bathroom, complete with a Jacuzzi bath. Additionally, there is a separate area with a toilet and an ultra-modern wash hand basin, which can also be accessed from the entrance hall. A twin bedroom, also off the lounge, has its own en-suite full bathroom.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available free of charge at set times: between 8:00 pm - 8:00 am and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Outside, the villa’s stunning pool is conveniently located directly in front of the house and can be easily accessed via the large covered terrace. The terrace is furnished with stylish rattan sofas, brightly coloured cushions, tables, chairs, and a stone barbecue, creating the perfect al-fresco setting. The pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children, making it ideal for families. At the far end of the pool, you'll find a lovely pergola area, perfect for relaxing in the shade.
