This charming villa is ideally located just outside the historic town of Pollensa and a short drive from the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente and the expansive sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa.

Set across a single floor, the villa is stylishly furnished with high-end equipment throughout. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and airy open-plan lounge/dining area, complete with comfortable sofas. Double doors from the dining area open to a covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, and a barbecue, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The terrace offers stunning views over the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a door leading to the terrace, ensuring easy access for outdoor meals. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the stylish double bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, as well as a walk-in shower and WC for added convenience.

From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, the old town of Pollensa, and the Bay of Pollensa in the distance. The large private pool is complemented by comfortable sunbeds, extensive paved terraces for sunbathing, and beautifully kept gardens with lawn—perfect for outdoor living and relaxation.
