Carnival season starts early in some Mallorcan towns, with a street party and parade to celebrate the imminent arrival of Lent.
Campanet, Llucmajor and Puerto Pollenca hold their childrens parade this Thursday afternoon (around 4.30pm) and Pollenca hosts the Sa Rua main parade on Friday from 8pm by Sant Domingo Cloister.
