Fancy a beautiful course through scenic Spanish island villages and sweeping ocean views? The balearic island of Mallorca is not only a training paradise for triathletes from around the world, but also host to one of the largest IRONMAN 70.3 events in the world, the Zafiro IRONMAN 70.3 Alcúdia-Mallorca. A fast course in magnificent sunny Mallorca, this race has been a global favourite for over a decade.
The swim course – 1.9 km – takes place in the city's harbour, where competitors can expect a soft, sandy shore and views of steep cliffs and secluded coves. The bike track – 90 km – follows a challenging route mixed with hills and flat stretches. Finally, for the run, athletes will return to Alcudia's picturesque beach after more than 21 km.
