A whole day dedicated to figs in Mallorca
The town of Lloret de Vistalegre, right in the centre of the island, celebrates the fig for a day on September 7th, with some celebrations on Friday and Sunday as well.
Traditional music and dance with groups of xeremiers, an exhibition of local figs, live music, a tapas tour including pintxos and tapas made with figs and children's activities feature on the programme.
