Marc Fosh to open 3rd restaurant in Palma
Michelin starred chef Marc Fosh and his partner Rob Bragagnolo have announced they are to open a Mediterranean brasserie style restaurant in Palma during February 2011. The new venture is to be called Misa Braseria & Bar and will have a relaxed, modern-rustic feel to allow for informal dining in stylish surroundings.
Misa will be Fosh's third restaurant in Palma de Mallorca. Tasca de Blanquerna serves excellent regional Spanish cuisine in an upmarket deli-cafe surroundings, and Simply Fosh is the smarter restaurant that serves simple but imaginative dishes using fresh, seasonal & local ingredients.
