Foreigners Buy A Third Of The Property In The Balearics in 2015
The Balearics' property market is becoming a firm favourite among foreign buyers
In the first semester of 2015, a 12.5% of the property transactions in Spain were carreid out by foreigners. The number grows to an impressive 33.5% of all acquisitions in the Balearic islands.
These great results confirm a long streak of positive news for the islands' property market, firmly on the rise this year.
The Balearics seem to have become a first choice for British buyers, that's why the Spanish Council of Registrars together with the UK's Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and other specialists have issued a Guide to Buying a Property in Spain.
