Picture a lush, garden-inspired urban restaurant right in the heart of Palma de Mallorca where you can meet up with your friends and family and share some scrumptious Mediterranean food and bespoke cocktails. That's exactly what Fabiola Gastronomic Garden offers, located within the trendy Sant Jaume Boutique Hotel.

As you step through the doors of Fabiola Gastronomic Garden, you'll leave the hustle and bustle of Palma's old town behind and enter a sophisticated oasis. The creators of this new social dining concept have been especially careful in devising the perfect atmosphere to mingle. Tables are laid out in the midst of a lush tropical garden, while soft soul, jazz and funk rhythms with Latin touches, curated by famous producer Sebas Ramis, set the tone.

Chef Juan Melis' menu is full of unique sharing dishes inspired by traditional Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine with some genius inventive touches. The influence of local tapas culture which is, after all, the ultimate social dining experience, has clearly been a strong influence when creating the menu. Finger-licking sounding specialities like 'Fresh Burrata with candied tomatoes', their special 'Bravas with sobrassada mayonnaise and black garlic alioli', 'Roasted octopus with tubers and paprika alioli' or 'Mini cannelloni with mushrooms and foie' are just a few that stand out from the mouth-watering menu.

Their extensive cocktail list is equally as appetising. To comply with the social gastronomy concept, Fabiola's mixologists have devised half-cocktails so that you can even share their alchemist's potions.

You'll find Fabiola Gastronomic Garden in the Sant Jaume Boutique Hotel, right in the centre of Palma.
