Ca n'Ignasi Restaurant

Family-run authentic Mallorcan restaurant with great tasting menus

Location
Inca

Ca n’Ignasi is a unique Mallorcan restaurant with a story rooted in friendship, tradition and a shared love of good food. What began as informal gatherings around a simple table, with a single stove and a handful of rice dishes cooked in a rustic garage, has grown into a welcoming space full of character and charm.

From the very start, the aim was clear: to celebrate local produce and preserve the recipes and flavours of traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Born as a gastronomic society, Ca n’Ignasi brought together friends who met regularly to cook, eat and exchange ideas. Over time, that circle naturally expanded to include chefs, journalists, critics and other food lovers, all drawn by the same respect for honest cooking and native ingredients.

As interest grew, so did the project. The space evolved, the facilities improved, and Ca n’Ignasi became a place not only to eat well, but to share experiences, host events and enjoy food as a social ritual. Today, the restaurant retains the warmth and spirit of its origins, welcoming long-standing friends and first-time visitors alike. It is a place where Mallorcan gastronomy is treated with care, simplicity and pride, and where every meal feels personal and genuinely heartfelt.
