Kamaleonico Restaurant

Global, culinary oasis with a buzz - this is more than just a restaurant

Kamaleónico in Palma is a vibrant, multi-concept restaurant and bar that lives up to its name. Nestled on the Rambla, the entrance is framed by large tropical plants, hinting at the urban jungle inside. This playful yet stylish venue offers a global culinary journey, with an extensive menu spanning flame-grilled meats, fresh fish, gourmet burgers, Roman-style pizzas, and Japanese dishes including Uramakis and the Spider roll. Each dish reflects international inspiration and is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Arriving on the Rambla, you will step between large tropical green plants to enter this sassy urban jungle-themed restaurant, named the ‘chameleon’. Here you can enjoy a gastronomic voyage, where international dishes and signature cocktails transport you across the globe.

This sizeable restaurant has a very upbeat vibe and on Friday and Saturday afternoons there is often a DJ playing as it turns into a ‘tardeo’ style venue in the bar area.

Like a global culinary journey, the extensive menu takes you through clear sections: there are a whole range of starters and the mains are divided into the flame grilled meats, fish, burgers, the ‘Pinsa Romana’ pizzas and, don’t miss the Uramakis and Spider roll from the Japanese section.

Kamaleónico promises a culinary experience where every dish tells a story of worldwide inspiration. From the doorman to every waiter, the service is great and the uniforms are cool and quirky with a subtle colonial touch.

Immerse yourself in the chameleon essence of Kamaleónico, a culinary jungle designed for your enjoyment. Experience a whole host of fresh ingredients and global flavours.
