Beach Villa Mel offers a stylish and luxurious escape just steps from the turquoise sea, ensuring a peaceful holiday without the need for a car. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts, the villa includes dedicated facilities and secure bike storage, making it a perfect base for exploring Mallorca on two wheels.

Spanning two floors and fully air-conditioned, the villa provides a bright, airy feel with large double-glazed windows and mosquito nets. On the ground floor, the modern, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) flows into a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a music system. A spacious double bedroom and a family shower room complete this level, with large patio doors opening to a poolside terrace furnished with dining and lounge areas.

The upper floor features three beautifully decorated bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one single, all air-conditioned) and a family bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, a poolside annexe offers a WC, basin, and a laundry room.

Outdoors, the private pool (6m x 3.3m, depth 1.45m, with Roman steps) provides a tranquil oasis with stunning views over the Albufera river. A brick-built barbecue, shaded dining table, and a relaxed chill-out space offer the perfect setting for al fresco dining.
