Villa Ciutada is located in Pollensa, Mallorca. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool.

Inside, Villa Ciutada offers an open-plan dining and living area with direct access to the pool. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a single bedroom. A folding bed is available on request, allowing the villa to accommodate up to six guests. A travel cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

There are two bathrooms: an en-suite with a bath, shower, and WC, and a family bathroom with a shower and WC.

The outdoor space includes a paved garden area with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, a pergola, a pool shower, and a barbecue for alfresco dining. Pool access is via a ladder.

Air conditioning is provided free of charge, available in the bedrooms from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, and in the lounge from 08:00 to 23:00.

Tourist tax is included in the rates.
