Coll den Xenet is an attractive and spectacular villa set in a private location, offering stunning views over the Mallorcan countryside. Built in local stone and particularly spacious, with excellent opportunities for outdoor and indoor living, the villa also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue perfect for al-fresco dining.

The entrance hall opens into a tastefully furnished lounge/dining area with doors leading to a patio. Adjacent is a traditional, fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace featuring a barbecue, dining table, and chairs for al fresco meals.

Steps from the lounge lead down to a cosy TV room, which also opens onto the outdoors. Upstairs, a twin bedroom is followed by another twin bedroom on the next level. These share a split-level full bathroom. The top floor hosts an additional twin bedroom with terrace access and an en-suite split-level bathroom. Beds can be converted into doubles on request. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
