Font Xica Gran Villa

Classy, spacious and attractive, Font Xica Gran is a property designed to impress with its unique soul, large swimming pool and perfect location close to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors finished to the highest standard.

Inside, the villa is set over two floors. Upon entering through the entrance hall, you'll find a spacious lounge featuring high ceilings with exposed beams, skylight windows, and traditional stone walls. French doors, overlooking the pool and BBQ area, lead out to a lovely terrace with a seating area—perfect for relaxing and reading a book. To the right of the entrance hall is a charming dining room with an adjoining kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar.

On the ground floor, there is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A wide staircase leads up to the first floor, where you'll find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, another twin bedroom, and a full bathroom with a separate shower.

Outside, there is a covered built-in BBQ with a long table and chairs, comfortably seating 8 guests—ideal for enjoying a meal together. A fridge and sink are also available. To the side of the BBQ area, you'll find a WC and a utility room. The pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, with teak decking to one side, lawn on two sides, and a stone patio running along the other end. The covered terrace close to the BBQ area is furnished with sofas and chairs, and there is also a stone seating area with comfortable cushions, as well as a billiard table for added entertainment.
