Villa Seguinot has superb views over the mountains in the distance. The location is ideal, it is located in between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, both within a very short drive.

This impressive 5 bedroom villa has a large private swimming pool and garden, and a traditional interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa has 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 1 WC.

Villa Seguinot has a large private parking area which is gated from the street. The main entrance into the house is at the front.

The lounge and dining area are open plan, with an ornamental fireplace, flat screen TV and table and chairs. The rear wall is lined with windows and patio doors allowing plenty of light in, as well as access to the pool terrace and garden.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is on the opposite side of the entrance hall, with a second table and chairs. The kitchen features are full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room, and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom along the hallway and a shower room adjacent to the kitchen.

Upstairs is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a separate bathroom and WC. Both of these bedrooms have a pleasant seating area, one with a private balcony and the other with a terrace and splendid mountain views. There is an external staircase from the twin bedroom leading down to the gardens.

The terrace is partially covered providing shade for the dining area, where you can cook up a meal on your own brick BBQ and enjoy a home cooked meal overlooking the mountains.

The large private swimming pool is ideal for taking in the ambiance, with plenty of space to relax or swim.

Villa Seguinot can sleep up to 10 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
