The Library STFU Bar

Intimate Santa Catalina speakeasy serving creative cocktails in a book-lined setting

The Library STFU Bar is a quirky and intimate cocktail tavern in the heart of Palma’s Santa Catalina district, offering a truly original approach to mixology. Created as part of the STFU Project, the bar was founded on the belief that great cocktails should be accessible to everyone - not a luxury for a few, but a shared pleasure.

Opened in 2022, this cosy speakeasy-style venue blends the atmosphere of a hidden bar with the charm of a literary lounge. Surrounded by shelves of forgotten books and travel memories, The Library brings together flavours and inspirations gathered from years of travelling and working around the world. With space for just sixteen guests, the experience is personal and intimate, making reservations highly recommended.

Here, cocktails are treated as a way to share moments. Each drink is carefully crafted using quality ingredients, house-made elements, and a sustainable approach that aims to reduce waste and remain vegan-friendly where possible. The bartenders, known as “storytellers”, guide guests through the menu to find flavours that match their personal tastes.

Beyond the bar, The Library also hosts cocktail classes where guests can learn mixology techniques and even create their own drinks. It’s a unique and memorable destination for cocktail lovers seeking something different in Palma.
