With their first store born in Buenos Aires - Argentina, Surry Hills opened in the historic centre of Palma in September 2021. After living in Australia for several years, the Argentinian owners fell madly in love with coffee and the Australian brunch.
They are committed to local producers and prioritising fresh organic seasonal products, they are very proud to offer a little piece of Australia within Mallorca. They boast the well-known Mallorcan ‘Mistral’ Coffee beans and of course, Australia’s favourite - ‘Bacon & Egg Roll’.
Refurbishing the venue included removing interior walls to open the space up. This compliments their focus on creating experiences and sharing all important moments.
