'Best International Entrepreneur' Prize awarded to Mallorcan Hotel Owner
David Stein takes home this Spanish Award
American entrepreneur David Stein has been living and working in Mallorca for over 20 years now and has now been recognised for both his community involvement as well as a career as a businessman on the Island.
The owner of the luxury 5 star Gran Hotel Son Net in Puigpunyent in the west of the Island, is also the founder of the charity 'Projecte Jove', part of the larger organisation Projecte Home Balears. Projecte Jove works with young people between 16 and 23 who require intensive and sustained intervention. It works on behaviour, personal knowledge, family and social relationships, and vocational training for their future.
Stein has been active in the European tourism industry for many years now with 'The Stein Group' which has various boutique and luxury hotels, such as Le Colbert in Paris and Chateau Eza on the Cote d'Azur and of course the Son Net on Mallorca.
The Spanish award is in recognition of his work and dedication to the Island of Mallorca.
