New Luxury Hotel in Mallorca to Open 2016
Work Begins this September on New Five Star Hotel in Mallorca
Construction will begin this September on the new five star resort in Canyamel, the Park Hyatt Mallorca.
The luxury five star hotel will be built in the north east of the Mallorca near the Canyamel Golf Club and will take two years to complete. The planned hotel will occupy an area of almost five acres and will include 148 rooms spread over several buildings including detached bungalows, 55 villas and 16 suites. The complex will also have it's own pool, spa, fitness facilities, gardens, restaurants, lakes and waterfalls all at a cost of 100million Euros.
When it is completed it is hoped that there will be 1.8 members of staff for every guest and that the staff will be specifically trained for a role in the tourism industry. The hope is that the hotel will offer a destination that is attractive all year round and that the staff who work there have undergone training to produce a “quality destination” that employs 800 locals.
It is an ambitious project and we look forward to seeing the newest luxury hotel in Mallorca.
