Shopping, Octupus, and Cabrera in this week's report
The summer sales start this week in Mallorca which make it an ideal time to go shopping in Palma. You'll find everything from individual boutiques to stores from Boss and Lowebe.
The weather looks like it is goin to be kind this week too with temperatures climbing from the mid twenties to the thirties over the next seven day. Pefect time to enjoy the outdoor festival in Portocolom on Saturday night after a long and lazy octopus lunch in celebration of the Patron Saint of Fishermen, Sant Pere.
Come Independence Day on the 4th July you can head down to Nikki Beach for their party which runs from 1pm until midnight. In the evening David Gomez will give his firrst One Piano Two Hundred Candles performance of the summer.
For a day out take a trip to Cabrera on the Southern most tip of the island, it is a great way to enjoy a little peice of paradise all to yourself.
