It has 7 floors with a total of 574 rooms of which 42 are singles and 266 are doubles. Guests are offered a large, peaceful garden and pool area with sun terrace, a stylish lobby with 2 lifts and a 24-hour reception desk.

In addition it has a TV room, a bicycle storage facility, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. A bus stop with regular bus connections to other places such as Palma, 11 km away, is located directly in front of the hotel.
