Independent review site 'Top 100 Golf Courses' has included Club de Golf Alcanada on its Top 100 Courses in Continental Europe for 2018. Making it the first Mallorcan golf course to do so.

Situated on the coast, near Port d'Alcúdia, this course has been commended for its natural beauty and also its tough playing conditions. With players having to deal with hilly terrain and stiff coastal breezes.

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. for owner Hans Peter Porsche of the famous automotive dynasty, the course opened in 2003 and has steadily progressed through the rankings to become one of Spain and Europe's best. Its unique setting, island lighthouse and historic clubhouse have ensured this is on many a keen golfer's list.

This, along with the island's many other top golf courses, means that Mallorca is a perfect holiday destination for enthusiastic golfers.
