Mallorca Chosen as One of the 10 Best Party Spots in the World

Ibiza is not the only nightlife hotspot in the Balearics! The urban website Citi.io has chosen Mallorca as one of the best party cities in the world. It was awarded the ninth place, only behind popular entertainment scenes like Las Vegas, Rio de Janeiro's Carnival or Cancun's Spring Break.
Often overshadowed by its famous neighbour Ibiza, Mallorca offers a great selection of bars and pubs where to dance the night away. The most popular spot for tourists is undoubtedly Magaluf, although its bar scene is often associated to heavy drinking and anti-social behaviour.
The upside is the wide offer and proximity of bars and pubs. Parties usually end when the sun rises, and you can find a diversity of European nationalities and cultures attending, another plus of Mallorca's nightlife.
