Illegal Party Busted by Police in Mallorca
The first illegal party of the summer sees swift action by the police
On Sunday 21st June the Guardia Civil and local police were called to an illegal party at a cottage in Inca after nearby residents complained about the noise.
When officers arrived they confirmed that the organisers did not possess the necessary permit to hold the event. Despite the party being announced on social media as a birthday party, the guests had all been charged entry. Over 100 people were searched, questioned and then turned away from the area.
The Guardia Civil have announced that special deployments would be launched to tackle these sorts of events, which have become increasingly popular during the summer season.
