Rafa Nadal Academy Discloses its Programmes & Prices

They will offer four different programmes

The academy, located in Manacor where building works started in November 2014, will open for the course 2016-2017. Their programmes will combine tennis and language lessons with the latest innovations in physical training, nutrition and injury recovery.

The longest comprises a full academic year from September to June. It will involve not only an intensive tennis training strategy following the method of Rafa's uncle and coach, Toni Nadal, but also an academic programme and full-board accommodation. Afterwards, students will be able to apply for a scholarship to study at a university in the US. The price for the whole year is 56,000€. There will also be monthly programmes for 6,588€, and weekly ones for 1,830€ from September to June, and 2,110€ in the summer.

Rafa Nadal Academy is a fully-equipped complex that contains, among other facilities, a medical centre, a fitness room, a football pitch, an athletics field and even a museum.

Rafa Nadal himself is currently participating in the Cincinnati Masters.

The island hosts all sorts of events, including agricultural fairs in the spring and autumn, live music and DJs in the summer, religious fiestas and international sporting events.
