Aromata is part of the Andreu Genestra Group and is located in the Hotel HM Palma Blanc.
Their set lunch menu changes every day and offers three starters and main courses to choose from, often with a fish, meat and vegetarian dish.
There is also more expensive gourmet lunch menu with an amuse-bouche, starter, main and two desserts to choose from. For dinner, they offer an à la carte and a tasting menu.
